MediLogistics was established in 2012 as the in-house courier for Medipost Pharmacy, ensuring full control and compliance in pharmaceutical deliveries. Since then, it has grown into a national logistics provider, distributing a wide range of pharmaceutical and specialised products for diverse clients.
With a Level 3 B-BBEE rating, the company operates from offices in Pretoria and Cape Town, supported by a nationwide network of branches across South Africa.
MediLogistics services a network of 2,300 medicine collection points and 78 pickup locations, delivering around half a million parcels monthly through a 200-vehicle fleet. With temperature-controlled warehouses and insulated vehicles, both ambient and cold chain products are handled with precision.
Although courier regulation in this space is not yet required, MediLogistics operates in line with Good Pharmacy Practice, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant delivery from the outset.
Our process
MediLogistics co-ordinates collection of products for distribution, and makes use of an advanced electronic tracking system to ensure clients, senders and receivers, can keep an eye on the progress of deliveries.
